Wow. This new flick “The Lake House” looks so god-awful even I (Keanu’s number-one fan) don’t want to see it. Here’s the plot summary from IMDB.com:
A lonely doctor (Sandra Bullock) who once occupied an unusual lakeside home begins exchanging love letters with its newest resident, a frustrated architect (Keanu Reeves). When they discover that they’re actually living two years apart, they must try to unravel the mystery behind their extraordinary romance before it’s too late.
That is the dumbest premise I’ve ever heard of.

If you can get past the time-warp mailbox issue, it’s a pretty entertaining movie (at least the original is).
All I can say about Snakes on a Plane is at least you’ll know what to expect! One has to wonder what the thought process behind that one was. Could it have been: Snakes + Plane + Samuel L. Jackson = Cinema Classic!
