Grey's Anatomy never comes with the spotlight and the blinking signs and arrows to say "look! it's a non-traditional pairing (or family)! Everybody gasp and look at the freaks!" it's a very tasteful diverse program. Hope it stays on the air. ABC has a bad habit of cancelling everything I ever liked. (Twin Peaks, My So-Called Life, Relativity) I saw the episode and I thought it — along with all the relationships in the show– was handled with grace and dignity.
