I’ve never liked Lenny as an artist or as a person. He too marginal. He has absolutely no talent at all. I don’t undestand the hype.

No shyt, commercial whoring would be a perfectly acceptable reason here. Making music’s his job, so whoopity. Artistic collaboration my azz. He faxed in a non-performance over some cheesy Casio beat. But who wouldn’t write some annoying jingle for a wheelbarrow full of cash, given the chance?

Wow. I’m sure I would be singing a different song if I was in the Ad business but isn’t this just a little disturbing? There are countless examples of Ad firms asking T.V. and movie producers to write their products into scripts. I love Lenny but I do grow tired of companies trying to get their brands in my head. I certainly don’t need help when it comes to vodka. I’m familiar with several. “I thought it would be interesting to do an artistic collaboration like this and be part of that heritage.” Come on Lenny, couldn’t you just say that I wanted/needed the money?
