Well, she sure loves these gritty White-trash roles…

Funny thing is, why don’t these producers just cast a fugly White trash actress to begin with - instead of using a “beauty queen” and then dogging her down with makeup and prosthetics? Wouldn’t that save them some money and add some authenticity?

Or do they just HAVE to use beautiful women…even in “ugly” roles?

Oh wait, she cast herself. Nevermind.

Hunh. Wouldn’t it be a change (haven’t seen Traffic, BTW, so no idea) if it was the ex-boyfriend who tried to get her OFF drugs? OR if she got on drugs AFTER the kid?

But they’re likely going to go the easy route and have the prodigal “fallen” daughter be slowly welcomed back into the fold. Yawn.

Oh great! Another movie continuing the tradition of connecting interracial relationships and drug addiction. Traffic is another example.
