Such race-based AA is outdated at best and only rewards underachievement.

It's no wonder the US is outsourcing everything to China and India now - we simply cannot compete anymore against harder-working, smarter competitors who are living in reality, not a PC de facto-Communist fantasy world.  In the end, by lowering the bar to our lowest common denominator, we are only cheating ourselves and we all lose in the end.</description>
