A lot of people with black fathers and white mothers were raised by their single white mothers with the black father being absent. This is a simple fact which needs to be stated even though many people don't want to hear about it. It doesn't matter wether the black father is African-American, African or of any other origin. It doesn't matter what his educational level or class is. The media did not invent it. It is the reality for a lot of us. Of course it is not conform to a politically correct world view but you are doing a lot of us a big disservice by constantly being in denial about this reality. Of course not all black men are irresponsible but it is more likely for them than for other men.
